I’m In Trouble Now! I’m such a horrible cook, I burn water. I ordered the Alkaline Vegan Pancake Mix because I wanted to start cooking at home more, so I know what my kids are eating. I followed the directions from saltopepper gave and amazed even myself. They were so light and fluffy, but the best thing was they tasted amazing!!! I’m in trouble because now the kids want me to make this on Saturday mornings instead of going to that famous pancake place!

These are banging! Having a 9 year old daughter who is a very picky eater makes things easier when I can manipulate what she’s use to with out her knowing it’s not another brand of pancake mix. I just added a little almond milk and cinnamon, she didn’t know the difference. Paired with my.home made chocolate syrup, and strawberries in the inside she ate them faster than I can make them 😂😂❤️
