INGREDIENTS
1 Package Kamut linguine or tagliatte pasta
1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups Baby bella mushrooms, sliced
Handful Basil
2 cups Turnip greens, chopped
1 Onion, sliced
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Sea salt, or to taste
2 cups Spring water
1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pan, add grapeseed oil on medium high heat
- Add onions and cook until fragrant
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender
- Add tomatoes, turnip greens, paprika and sea salt, stir to combine
- Add linguine and pour in 2 cups of boiling water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add basil, toss and serve.
