Ingredients
2 Overripe burro bananas or 5 overripe baby bananas(skin browned)
1 1/2 Tbsp agave
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/8 Tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 Tsp sea salt
3/4 Cups white spelt flour
5 Tbsp spring water, if needed
Grapeseed oil, for frying
Directions
In a medium bowl add overripe bananas and mash with a fork until smooth. Add agave, and stir before adding the seal salt, spices and vanilla. Stir and taste to see if more of any spice is needed. Add flour and mix well to combine all ingredients. Add water, little at a time, if mixture is too thick. In a frying pan on medium high heat add oil and place a large soup spoon at time of the mixture in the pot. Fry until dark brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
