Burrito Wraps


2 Cups white spelt flour
1/2 Tsp sea salt
3/4 Cup sparkling water
3 Tbsp Avocado oil
Grapeseed or avocado cooking oil spray



In a large bowl combine flour and sea salt. Add water and oil and stir. Knead for 3 minutes add more flour or water if needed to get a soft smooth ball and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut the dough in to 6 equal sizes and roll each portion in to a ball. On a lightly floured surface take a sectioned ball and using the palm of your hand pressed the ball down to flatten. Using a rolling pin roll dough out in to a 9 inch circle. Spray a large skillet over medium heat with cooking spray and place tortilla in pan. Let cook for about 40 seconds to a minute then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
